Once again this year, around 200 guests dressed in white gathered at Esswerk in Eschen to show their solidarity with children and adolescents affected by cancer and their families. The White Charity Party 2026 was marked by warmth, meaningful encounters, and a shared desire to support those who need it most.
With live music, excellent food, and many inspiring conversations, the evening created a truly special atmosphere and demonstrated the strength of a community that stands together. Yet the heart of the event was not the celebration itself, but the people for whom the CCF Children Cancer Foundation works every day.
A cancer diagnosis changes the life of an entire family in an instant. Alongside the medical challenges, families often face emotional, organisational, and financial burdens that can last for months or even years. This is where CCF steps in: supporting families throughout their journey, providing relief, promoting valuable projects, and bringing hope and encouragement during difficult times.
We were especially delighted to introduce our new project partner, Léman Hope. The organisation offers children and adolescents affected by cancer, as well as their siblings, unforgettable sailing experiences on Lake Geneva and Lake Constance. These moments provide a sense of freedom, lightness, and joy, reminding young participants that even in the face of illness, carefree and happy experiences are still possible.
Today, we are also pleased to announce the final fundraising result: a total of CHF 33,490 was raised during the White Charity Party 2026. This remarkable expression of solidarity fills us with immense gratitude and demonstrates what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause.
A special thank you goes to our generous tombola sponsors, whose donated prizes played an important role in making the evening such a success. Every contribution was a meaningful sign of support for our mission and for the families we accompany. One of the highlights of the tombola was the grand prize donated by Herzog Loibner: an exclusive piece of jewellery valued at CHF 4,000. We are deeply grateful for this extraordinary generosity.
The White Charity Party once again showed what is possible when people come together, take responsibility, and stand in solidarity with others. Every guest, partner, sponsor, and volunteer contributed to ensuring that our work for affected families can continue and grow.
