Every request reaches us with great compassion. However, our foundation is obliged to support only those families who have fallen into financial hardship due to their child's cancer diagnosis.

Option 1

 

Fill in the application form online

Open the online form in your browser, fill it out on your computer, upload additional documents and send it off.

Applications may be submitted in German, English or French – preferably in German.

Only fully completed applications can be accepted. All required supporting documents must also be uploaded:

  • Medical report / diagnosis
  • Tax assessment / tax return
  • Proof of income / salary statement
  • Additional supporting documents

Option 2

 

Upload application digitally (please do not send by e-mail)
